Hello! My name is Courtney Dillard. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer here at THRC. I am currently pursuing a degree in Exercise and Sports Science at Texas State University. My drive for being a personal trainer goes beyond helping people reach their goals. My passion is to guide them in understanding their body, preventing injury and long term illness, and to simply enjoy living their life– mentally and physically. Our bodies are beautiful creations and that we tend to take advantage of and I want nothing more than to share my knowledge with you, so if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask. Hi, my name is Majid! I am currently in the process of finishing my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science at Texas State University. I found my passion for health and fitness when I was in my early 20s. After helping myself, I decided to start helping others. Through this I decided to pursue a career in cardiac rehabilitation as well as personal training. I love that I have the opportunity to help several different populations change their lives for the better. By choosing me as your personal trainer I will address any current issues you are experiencing as well as create a work out plan that is specific to your capabilities. My specialties include strength and conditioning, balance, speed and agility,sport-specific training and weight loss.I graduated from Angelo State University where I received my Bachelors in Kinesiology while also playing football. I have been personal training for over 10 years and train all age ranges from young children to senior adults. I love finding new ways to keep my clients personal fitness goals positive, creative, and moving in a forward direction. In my free time I love to play recreational sports and enjoy being outdoors with my wife and two dogs.

Hello everyone! My name is Elias Villalobos and I am an Elite Personal Trainer here at THRC! I was born & raised right here in San Marcos, Texas, and I graduated from Texas State with a Bachelor's degree in Health & Fitness Management. Since graduating, I received my personal training certification through NASM. Along with personal training, some of my favorite things to do include kayak fishing, playing sand volleyball, and bowling! My love for fitness grew when I began to apply everything I learned in classes to my everyday life as well as my family's lives. All of our results sparked my interest and love for fitness. I grew up playing little league baseball and flag football which translated into playing numerous sports in high school football, basketball, baseball, soccer and track. You ready to rock? What's up y'all, my name is Jake Woten. I have been a Personal Trainer here at THRC for 5 years now! These past 5 years here have been LIFE CHANGING. Before my THRC life I was a lifelong athlete. Playing baseball, basketball, wrestling at the high school level and D1 football at Texas State University. That is what ignited this fitness journey for me. After the game of football was over I was lost. A true love of mine was gone and I yearned to care for something as much as I did that game. In steps Personal Training, at the greatest health club I have ever stepped foot in. That was the day my true passion was revealed to me. Helping you understand that anything you want to achieve, can and will be achieved, is what I am here for.
